Chemical Dependency
Intensive Outpatient Treatment and Outpatient Crossroads provides outpatient chemical dependency treatment for adults and adolescents age 13 to 17. Each individual is provided with a treatment plan designed to address their specific needs. Day, Evening and weekend programs are available.
Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
Crossroads offers treatment to individual who are prescribed medications to assist in their treatment process.

DUI Deferred Prosecution
Many individuals first enter treatment through the legal system. Crossroads is court approved and works closely with the licensing, attorneys, district courts, and probation to ensure that clients who are involved with the legal system are provided with a program that meets individuals legal requirements.
